A great solution for old houses

Service rating : Very helpful on the phone.

Product : A very effective solution for old or listed houses. Made a big difference to warmth and draughts. Installation relatively straightforward, except that old windows without right angle corners can be tricky.

Secondary glazing in listed building in Kent

Excellent solution for older windows...comfort improves, fuel cost lowers

Service rating : explained well, demonstrated how it works and how to take care of the panels
Product : Immediate difference in draft reduction and comfort and heat costs lowered. Cleaning is easy, though some care is needed in removal and replacement but this is not difficult.

Simple, affordable and great option for the tricky shaped window

Service rating : Very neat , a good service and certainly recommend especially for conservation, or certain architecture.
Product : It was installed so quickly and by a very tidy and pleasant installer, done so easy.
It was rented out accommodation and I was not passing the energy...

Good service, effective product.

Product : It has made a noticeable difference to warmth and noise reduction.

We’ve had it installed for several years now, and very pleased. The only other option would have been to remove our original 1913 sash windows, and replace with brand new.

Easy house insulation.

Service rating : Yes

Product : It is easy to install and very effective for preventing condensation on cold nights. Our house is definitely warmer.
My only criticism is the black line that can be seen around the edge.

Thank you Michael for your very positive feedback. For readers of your review I hope to explain: the black line is the 1.5mm thickness of each magnet which can only be seen when viewing the window at an angle. For many customers the sides of a window are covered by a curtain, or because the window is set within the thickness of the wall you can't easily look there. Customers generally look through the window during the day not at the frames, consequently their eyes are adapted to the brightness of the view outside. The line you mention is then hidden in dark shadow, as a result of contrast. In the evening most windows will be covered by drapes of some sort, so the panels are not visible then anyway.

All round good product and good service.

Once installed virtually invisible.

Service rating : Delivery much quicker than quoted, and contacted me ref a couple of measurements to ensure they were correct.
Product : Very effective for curing a very bad condensation issue, and a bonus that they also, stop lots of draughts.

Does what it says it will.

Because of the colour of our frames It is almost invisible in some of the rooms.

Service rating : You need to be sure there’s a smooth surface with no ridges all the way round but If you measure correctly It is easy to apply and certainly works.
It’s a thoroughly good effective...
